Information for visitors
Opening times: for individual visitors, the gardens open at 10 o'clock. Tours of the château start at 14.30 every day of the year (additional tour at 11.30 on Sundays, public holidays and during school holidays in the Paris region). The last tour starts at 17.30.
The story teller tells children the extraordinary tales of Charles Perrault at 16.30 every Sunday and on public holidays throughout the year, and every day during school holidays in the Paris region.
Entry prices 2011: chateau, gardens and fairy tales, individual adult rate, 14.00 Euros; rate for groups of adults and individuals in possession of a senior citizens' rail card, 12.00 Euros; young people up to the age of 18, students, members of the armed forces and large families, 11.00 Euros; gardens and fairy tales only, 9.50 Euros; reduced rate, 8.00 Euros.
Groups (adults, schools and recreation centres) are admitted by appointment. Groups may visit every day in the morning or afternoon, but they must contact the chateau in advance to find out the information they require.
A snack or lunch can be served to groups by a caterer if booked in advance.
Kiosk-creperie: from Sunday 3rd of April 2011 to Sunday 30th of October 2011 on Sundays and public holidays. Tearoom: Sundays from Sunday 6th of November 2011 to Sunday 1st of April 2012. Closed in December.
Picnics are welcome at any time.
